Our Kickstarter days are a fantastic way of finding your fitness mojo and getting a complete feel for life at NO1.
You can experience a full day’s fitness activities with the teams at our mothership and training centre of excellence in Norfolk. We love having long term campers at NO1 and our team of experts are waiting to support them on their fitness and health journeys. Over the years, we have enjoyed helping thousands of clients just like you completely transform their bodies and their lives.

Whether you are on the camp for 2 weeks or 12, we make sure every day you spend with us counts so you can develop all the new skills, fitness techniques and nutrition education you need to continue your success off camp. After two weeks you’ll be increasing your fitness and confidence and by the end of week 3, campers can expect to have developed new habits and broken old ones. During each week you are with us, we tailor your training and nutrition so you continue to achieve higher outputs and gain the strength and fitness you only dreamed of. After 4 weeks, your body will change on a cellular level and there will be no stopping you.

With close monitoring of your progress so we can tweak your personal programme according to your needs and goals, daily mentoring and support from your trainers and fellow campers, all at NO1 will ensure you leave camp with all the information and tools you need to maintain your results. Our team will help you leave camp with the confidence that you are not on your own, and reap the benefits of your improved health and wellness.

FAQS

WHAT FITNESS LEVEL DO I NEED TO ATTEND CAMP;
DOES IT MATTER IF I’VE NEVER EXERCISED BEFORE?

We cater for all abilities and fitness levels: we’re able to do this by demonstrating an exercise, then showing a regression of the exercise, or a progression for clients who are more advanced in their fitness journey.

CAN I ATTEND ON MY OWN?

90% of clients attend on their own; we start a new group every Saturday. The group spends lots of time together and so bond very quickly. We’ve seen many amazing friendships develop over the last 10 years – most people say they are sad to leave by the Friday! We have more than 80% of our clients returning to us annually, to keep themselves on track and reboot their motivation.

DO YOU CATER FOR DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

We cater for all dietary requirements, and/or religious beliefs. All our chicken is kosher. We are gluten, sugar and lactose free. When booking, we ask you about your dietary requirements; then we double check again on arrival. You must let us know at either of these times, as we need to make our plan for the week ahead. We cannot change as the week goes on, so it is important to tell us before you start the week!

DO YOU HAVE INTERNET SERVICE?

Yes, we do have WIFI in the communal areas, plus some of the other rooms. We plan to extend this to all rooms in the near future.

SHOULD I PREPARE MYSELF BEFORE TO ATTEND CAMP?

It is advisable to prepare yourself for camp, by doing 1 hour of exercise or walking 3 times a week and by drinking more water; we recommend at least 2 litres of water per day. This will start to prepare your body for the detoxification process and will be an enormous help for your body the week before you attend.

HOW MUCH WEIGHT WILL I LOSE?

We aim to change your body and mind-set by forming new, positive habits for life. Everyone is different but on average the weight loss is from 8-10 lbs. (3.6-4.5 Kg) in a week. When you sit down and have your 1-2-1 weigh in session with our IN Body Composition machine, we’ll advise you based on these results as to which is the best programme for you to follow.

IS THERE PARKING AT NORFOLK?

Yes – You can leave your car at the house all week; there is plenty of free parking!

WHAT IF I CAN’T DO A FULL WEEK OF INTENSE EXERCISE?

We have developed a less intense programme for clients wanting to come along and attend camp – our Body Conditioning Programme (BCP). This includes doing 3 sessions at least in a day and following our eating programme, leaving clients time to relax in the sun (if abroad) or to have treatments. This programme is specifically designed for clients wanting to do a less intense programme; the BCP is an ideal way for individuals to start a new fitness journey. If you wish to follow a BCP, please let us know at the time of booking.

IS THERE A LAUNDRY SERVICE?

There is a self-serve laundry service in Norfolk – a wash is £5 and the dryer is £1. In Ibiza, there is a laundry service – if you give the housekeeper your laundry, she will have it back by the next day. The price depends on the amount you have and will need to be paid for in Euros (please remember to bring some cash for this type of service).
